No. The visits are self guided using the help of a map and explanatory brochure.

What time do I need to arrive?

We recommend you arrive within the first hour of your designated time slot to allow sufficient time for the visit.

How long will the tour take?

There are two trails. TIMELINES is approximately 5 kms long. The LAKEVIEW Trail that includes the principle garden area is approximately 1.5 kms long.
You can choose to walk both or only one.

As it is a self guided tour, you can walk at your own pace and turn back before completing the entire loop if you are tired.

What time do I need to leave?

Please leave the site no later than 30 minutes after the end of your time slot. This is particularly important at the end of the day.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Instead of a refund, we would ask you to consider making your purchase a donation to the Massawippi Foundation. The event is a fundraiser for their conservation mission in the watershed of Lake Massawippi.
We do not issue refunds.
You are allowed to change your reservation date or give your tickets to a friend. The feedback we are getting is so positive. People are thrilled with their discovery.
