Not when they've been plucked!\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8386\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Domesticated turkeys don&rsquo;t look like these, particularly once they&rsquo;ve been plucked.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s unlikely that we will have snow for Christmas this year. Climate reports say that northern areas are warming at a faster rate than tropical zones and that green Christmases may be the case from now on. I hope not. Seeing snow fall on Christmas eve\u00a0is a beautiful experience.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday we decorated the wreath on the front door. Grandchildren decorated it. \" width=\"1600\" height=\"1067\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-8393\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">My son-in-law makes the gingerbread and builds the house according to his design. Each year it is different &#8212; this one\u00a0is\u00a0their family&rsquo;s house in Boston.\u00a0 Grandchildren decorate it which probably accounts for the red star on the roof.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However you celebrate the season, whatever\u00a0name you use, I hope your holiday is full of joy.
