Tickets for the Open Garden Days are now available for purchase.

Two separate areas of the garden are open to the public on the three Open Days: June 17, July 15 and August 12. Book and pay for your visit for either a morning visit (9-12) or afternoon visit (1-4). You’ll receive a map and informative brochure about the garden and a second map and brochure for Timelines, the 5 km trail that leads through fields and forests, with art installations along the way. Trails are well-marked and you’ll be able to explore at your own pace.

This year we are offering something new! Walks and Talks (Les balades d\u00e9couvertes, en fran\u00e7ais) focus on individual topics: birds, trees, photography, edible and indigenous plants and garden design. Each is led by an expert in the subject and each offers unique insights into the landscape at Glen Villa Art Garden. Walks and Talks take place before the morning and afternoon opening hours.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Gift certificates are also new this year, so why not consider one for a friend or relative as a birthday present or a thank you?\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Proceeds from ticket sales support the work of Fondation Massawippi Foundation and the Massawippi Conservation Trust. Many people who live in and around Lake Massawippi will be familiar with the two sister organizations and the many ways they help to support local communities. Trails built by the Conservation Trust lead through pristine forests and woodlands and are open to the public year round at no cost, only one of the many good things the organizations do.<\/p>\r\n

Last year’s Open Garden Days were very popular and tickets sold out quickly, so don’t delay!\u00a0 The daffodils won’t be blooming, but many other flowers will be.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n

And those flowers change, month to month!<\/p>\r\n

We limit the number of visitors so that everyone who comes has the chance to experience the gardens and wider landscape at leisure, without feeling crowded or rushed. Many visitors last summer commented on how inspired they felt after their visit, and many returned multiple times.<\/p>\r\n
