Art Garden<\/h1>\n

Glen Villa Art Garden est un paisible jardin au bord d’un lac et d’un bois nich\u00e9 dans le cadre pastoral des Cantons-de-l’Est au Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n

Le jardin d’aujourd’hui est la cr\u00e9ation de Patterson Webster, artiste visuel, conceptrice de jardins et \u00e9crivaine. Se concentrant sur l’histoire riche et inhabituelle de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9, la vie des personnes qui y ont v\u00e9cu et la fa\u00e7on dont les histoires personnelles ont fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 sa beaut\u00e9 naturelle, elle a transform\u00e9 un domaine de campagne traditionnel en un paysage qui explore les questions de m\u00e9moire, d’identit\u00e9 et notre relation \u00e0 la terre. Des sentiers sillonnent la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de 750 acres, menant \u00e0 des salons de jardin et \u00e0 des installations artistiques qui explorent l’histoire du site et des personnes qui l’ont partag\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le jardin est ouvert aux groupes de 15 personnes ou plus qui ont r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 l’avance. Ces visites peuvent \u00eatre guid\u00e9es ou non. Sauf indication contraire, toutes les visites comprennent une introduction au jardin par Patterson Webster.<\/p>\n

Des visites guid\u00e9es ax\u00e9es sur l’am\u00e9nagement des jardins, la photographie des paysages et des jardins et l’\u00e9tude de la nature sont \u00e9galement propos\u00e9es. Elles sont men\u00e9es par des experts en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n
